The Foyer
Right as you enter the Club from Genesee Street, the beauty of our foyer is unmistakable – a detailed wood staircase to your right, original artwork and seating to your left and a grand piano and a newly restored ceiling expanding ahead of you. The foyer serves as our warm welcome to members and guests and is also know to be transformed into a buffet area for our larger events or maybe become teeming with kids and crafts at our annual Halloween event. |

Presidents Room
This room is aptly named for the portraits of the Club’s first six presidents that adorn the walls. This room is also the site of the first electricity in the city of Utica. You can frequently find regulars of the Club pausing in their day to read the newspaper in this room, or during events this space is a favorite to set up a bar and for mingling. If you need to do an impromptu, casual meeting before or after lunch, this gives you a great space to do that, too. |

Palm Room
This small space between the Reading Room and Oak Room is understated, but used for a multitude of extras. The Palm Room has housed buffets and carving stations, dessert stations, overflow guest tables for larger events, musicians, our iPod speaker system, and has even been turned into a dance floor. The wallpaper in this room is of distinct interest, for it’s details unveil the transformation of Utica through its industrial revolution. In 1999, a retired Meyda Tiffany glassworker came to the Club and restored the leaded glass window panes. This small space holds a great deal of detail - pause and take a look next time you’re at the Club! |

This beautiful room used to be called The Ladies Annex. At one time women were not allowed to enter the front of the Club and the members built this section of the club to accommodate the members’ spouses and their children. Recently this room has been renovated and has now become one of the favorite rooms for private use by the members, as well as a preferred room for dinner service during our events. The four cozy booths in each corner are favorite places to dine. |

The Third Floor
On the third floor, the Club used to provide overnight guest accommodations. These guest rooms have not been used since before 1970. Just before they were no longer used, the Club had a single male manager who lived on the premises 24/7. This floor is no longer open. |
